Bob ensures that all his fighters are fit and they must be willing to give 110% before he will allow them to train with him. Unlike other trainers Bob doesn't just tell the fighters what to do, he does the work himself. So there is no excuse for cutting corners - and that includes the Sunday morning runs in High Peak! Ali also trains with another Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games medallist, Andy Morris from Wythenshawe.
